Mr. Masnyi is an experienced Dental Technician at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, specializing in the fabrication of appliances, such as the splints used for cleft lip and palate surgical interventions by the Cleft Palate Team. 
 

He has facilitated workshops for diverse stakeholders internationally, including on the design and fabrication of orthopedic NAM appliances for infants with cleft lip and palate.
