Dr. David Fisher received his Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen's University, and his Medical Degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1990. 
 

He completed residencies in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and pursued Craniofacial Fellowship training in Paris, Taiwan, and Toronto. 
 

Dr. Fisher became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada in 1998, and as the Medical Director of the Cleft Lip and Palate Program at The Hospital for Sick Children, he collaborates with organizations like Operation Smile and Smile Train to provide cleft lip surgeries in various locations. 
 

His expertise lies in pediatric plastic surgery, with a focus on Cleft Lip and Palate and Ear Reconstruction.
