Dr. Andrew Tsang serves as a direct liaison and co-ordinator with the Comprehensive Cleft Center within the National Hospital of Odontostomatology in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and now a Board member with Planet Smile for Kids.  
 

Dr Tsang assists in a very large range of administrative works for the center as a volunteer and donor, while maintaining his own private practice in Vietnam for over 20 years.  
 

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of British Columbia and associate instructor with the Faculty for the last two decades.
